INNER STILLNESS

When everything comes and goes. 

When we learn to accept things we cannot control; life. Filled with good experiences and bad ones; lessons. It’s when the memories or experiences we dislike happen and we’re no longer triggered. It’s only by practicing being an observer of our own life that we learn to surrender when we’re triggered; pausing and asking ourselves, what are these emotions trying to teach me? Moving on to a greater awareness once the lesson has been learned, and no longer allowing it to affect you. May we all learn to achieve inner stillness in our daily lives. Let’s learn to live and let go.
