How to use our blends:

1. Grab a handful of the body scrub of your choice. Exfoliate & Soak for 15minutes experience a more relaxed version of yourself. 

2.Add 3 drops of the oil  to the palm of your hands. 
rub together and inhale deeply.
3.Apply bit of the oil on pulse points. (Temples, jaws, wrists)

4. Then grab the spray, and spray all over.
